When disaster strikes, compassion becomes the bridge that connects hearts. Following the recent earthquake that shook parts of Cebu, Anaya’s Care once again stood in solidarity with those in need — extending support, comfort, and hope to affected families.
Last October 4, our team reached out to communities in Cebu, bringing with us not only relief goods but also a message of care and unity. This outreach embodied our ongoing mission: to respond with love, uplift lives, and remind those affected that they are not alone.
At Anaya’s Care, we believe that kindness is most powerful when shared. Guided by Galatians 6:2 — “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ” — our mission has always been to show compassion where it’s needed most.
The earthquake left many families struggling to recover, with damaged homes and disrupted livelihoods. In response, Anaya’s Care stepped in to provide basic necessities and emotional encouragement, helping families get back on their feet while fostering a sense of community resilience.
What started as a simple initiative quickly grew into a collaborative effort fueled by generosity and faith. Volunteers and partners worked hand in hand to distribute food packs, hygiene items, and other essentials to the affected areas.
Through this effort, we aimed not only to meet immediate needs but also to bring light, encouragement, and a sense of stability to those facing uncertainty.
This mission would not have been possible without the support of compassionate individuals and groups who shared our vision.
